All vehicles are subject to prior sale and availability.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Fees
Advertised vehicle prices do not include applicable taxes, title, registration, government fees, or other charges unless specifically stated otherwise.
Final pricing and all applicable charges will be disclosed in the sales documents before the purchase is completed.

4. Financing

Some vehicles may be sold AS-IS – NO DEALER WARRANTY, while other vehicles may have remaining manufacturer coverage or may qualify for optional third-party service contracts.

8. Test Drives
A valid driver’s license and any other information required by the dealership may be necessary before a test drive.
Skylion Co., LLC reserves the right to establish reasonable test-drive requirements for the protection of its customers, employees, and vehicles.

9. Trade-Ins
Trade-in values are subject to inspection and verification of the vehicle’s condition, mileage, ownership, history, and other relevant information.
Any preliminary trade-in estimate is not a final offer until confirmed by Skylion Co LLC.
10. Returns & Final Sales
Vehicle purchases are generally considered final once the transaction has been completed and the applicable sales documents have been signed, except as otherwise required by law or expressly provided in writing by Skylion Co., LLC.
Customers should carefully inspect the vehicle and review all purchase documents before completing the transaction.
